Lemon Delight Bars

Recipe Text:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, softened
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 Tablespoons sugar

Mix above ingredients together to make dough, then press dough into
9" x 13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

2 regular packages of lemon instant pudding
3 cups cold milk

Mix the pudding and milk together until thickened. Spread over cooled crust.

2 cups Cool Whip
1 - 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients together until smooth. Spread over the pudding layer and
sprinkle the top with an additional 1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts. Chill for
four hours before serving. It is delicious!!
